Eggplant & Prosciutto Pizza

I hosted my friend for a very special lunch. This was one of my best pizza performances, and I can proudly say it was the best pizza I have ever had. I was very happy to share this delicious and nutritious meal with my friend. Yes, I believe pizza can be very nutritious, it is all about how it is prepared and the ingredients used.

To make: Terra Nova New York style pizza dough, make the sauce with organic chopped tomatoes, shallots, garlic, salt pepper, pecorino romano, parmeggiano reggiano, extra virgin olive oil, oregano, fry eggplant with homemade italian breadcrumbs in very little oil, otherwise, eggplant will absorb all the oil, fresh basil, prosciutto di parma.

Place the pizza on a hot pizza stone which has been on a grill.
