Fall Kale Salad

During fall, you have to take advantage of fresh apples. Apples are one of my favorite fruits, and I eat one nearly every day. In the following recipe, the apple isn’t the star ingredient, but it certainly is a nice touch!

Ingredients: Organic kale tossed in a vinaigrette made with local wildflower honey, balsamic vinegar, and walnut oil. Add in caramelized almonds made with panela, Applewood smoked bacon, Colston Bassett Stilton blue cheese, and Snapdragon apple chunks.
