I give all the credit to the following link for this meal idea. This salad was also a great opportunity to take advantage of the chives, basil, and shishito peppers I have been growing in my garden. Those three garden ingredients really added a lot of great flavor and freshness to this meal. I ate it with pan fried potato cubes and fresh steamed spinach.
Ingredients: Grilled wild caught shrimp, olive oil, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil, a little mayonnaise, chives, Genovese basil, shishito peppers, organic fresh squeezed lemon juice.
