Butternut Squash Gnocchi with Fresh Zucchini & Basil Tomato Sauce

Ingredients for gnocchi: Whole wheat flour, organic butternut squash, organic egg, salt. Cut the squash into cubes, boil until soft, then puree. Mix in egg with this, then mix in with the flour and work the dough until it is done.

Ingredients for sauce: organic cherry tomato sauce, fresh Genovese basil, fresh zucchini, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, pecorino romano cheese at the end.

I have to partially credit the Italian lady in the following youtube video for helping me make the gnocchi. I learned a lot from this video! The rest of this dish is all my idea!
