Chicken with Prosciutto and Sage Wine Sauce

IF I am ever feeling down, I can always count on a good meal to lift my spirits back up. This meal did just that for me tonight. When you can indulge in a meal that is tasty and nutritious, the healing powers of this are endless. I have to give full credit of this recipe to allrecipes.com. Here is the link:

I did make some slight modifications to the recipe.

Ingredients: Shallots, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, organic chicken breasts (cut thin and tenderized), Pinot Grigio, salt, pepper, organic sage, prosciutto di parma, Kate’s butter.

Cut up chicken breasts into thin slices and tenderize the meat. Gently saute garlic, shallot, and sage. Once it is halfway done, pour into a plate and keep this on the side. Place prosciutto onto one side of the chicken. Place that in the hot pan and sear each side. Once all chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan. Add back in the sage mixture. Deglaze the pan with some Pinot Grigio wine.
