Wild Alaskan King Salmon with Shitake/Miso/Shallot Topping and Asparagus and Couscous

If you like Salmon, you must try Alaskan King Salmon. It costs about four times the amount of your average atlantic farm raised salmon, but worth every penny!!! And probably much more nutritious for you!

Ingredients: Coat salmon with salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. Bake in oven a 365 F for ten minutes. While salmon is cooking, saute shallot with EVOO, then add in garlic, brown rice miso, then shitake mushroom powder (thank you Versailles Farms in Greenwich CT!!!)https://www.versaillesfarms.com/

Halfway through the salmon bake time, add this saute mixture on top, and bake until salmon is cooked. Serve with organic asparagus and couscous.
