Chicken Marsala

This was love at first bite!! I have to give credit to seriouseats.com for why this turned out so good. They provided me with tips on how to cook this dish so successfully. I did make some slight modifications, but overall this dish was top notch!

Ingredients: Dry Marsala wine (go to a wine store and get authentic stuff, not the stuff on sale at the supermarket), fresh garlic, shallot, extra virgin olive oil, thin sliced chicken breast pan seared and coated with flour salt and pepper, sea salt, pepper, sliced baby bella mushrooms (cook these in the chicken cutlet pan and saute until mushrooms are well browned), chicken stock, a little butter, fresh lemon juice.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
