Chipotle Blackened Shrimp Tacos Topped with Broccolini/Carrot Sesame Ginger Slaw

Eatin like a champ!!! After working up a massive craving for tacos, these totally hit the spot! Very nutritious and extremely tasty!

Ingredients: Jumbo shrimp, Mesa Rosa chipotle, garlic powder, white onion (saute shrimp in skillet with olive oil and onion for a nice added flavor).

Vege Topping: Broccolini, carrots (from fresh carrots, not baby carrots!), ginger, sesame oil, olive oil, sesame seeds, lime.

Yogurt Dressing: Faye greek yogurt, Mesa Rosa chipotle, lime, salt.
