Sweet Rice With Blackberry Jam and Almond Butter

Such a delicious meal that can be eaten any time of day, but I like to have it for breakfast.

Ingredients: Steam sweet rice in a pot with water and a little pure cane sugar. In another pot cook blackberries, a little maple syrup, pure cane sugar, splash of water, and mint. Cook for a little to soften blackberries, then allow to cool. Transfer into a food processor, then add in some lime juice and a little more mint. Use unsweetened and light roasted almond butter.
