Red Snapper with Chopped Peanut/Chili Powder/Cilantro Topping w/ Chili Pepper Salsa, Red Volcano Rice and Roasted Broccoli

The legendary Gordon Ramsay deserves all of the credit for this meal. This dinner had so many layers of flavor and I really enjoyed it!! Also, I felt amazing after eating it, and it led to no gastrointestinal funny business. I did make some slight modifications to what he did in the video:

Ingredients: Red snapper filet, clean and dry the fish, sprinkle salt onto fish meat, chop up peanuts, chili powder, and cilantro, sear tops of fish in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, bake in oven at 375 F. Organic broccoli, red volcano rice, jade pearl rice
