Honey Balsamic & Pomegranate Marinated Flank Steak with Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Roasted Carrots

Ingredients: Flank steak marinade: olive oil, pomegranate juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, honey. Mashed sweet potatoes: sweet potato, a little light cream, a little honey. Carrots: Sauteed in pan with olive oil and a little light brown sugar.
