Honey Balsamic Glazed Brussel Sprouts with Shrimp and Potato Croquettes

This meal was way to laborious to not document it. The brussel sprouts=amazing, potato croquettes=delicious, but the shrimp=soso. Overall, this meal was worth the effort!

Ingredients: Marinate the brussel sprouts for 10-15 minutes in a mixture of honey, yellow onion, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Throw this on a skillet on high heat until the outer edges are slightly burned. Potato croquettes= russet potatoes, chives, olive oil, breadcrumbs, a little oregano, a little garlic powder. Shrimp=cook on skillet using the marinade from the brussel sprouts.
