Apple Maple Quinoa

If you are looking for a meal that will make you feel like superman once you get up from your chair, go no further than this post!! This will be one of my go-to meals prior to playing a sport or running any sort of competitive race.

Ingredients: Tri-color quinoa, wheatberries, coconut cream, wood fired maple syrup from the Catskill Mountains, hazelnut oil, walnut oil, apples, almonds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, a little brown sugar.
