
I got the idea to make these after i made corn broth. I wanted to find a good use for the remaining solids from the corn puree i strained overnight. The website below was a great resource for me.
Ingredients: 1 cup strained corn puree, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup butter, 2 eggs. In a separate bowl, mix and sift together 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 cup pastry flour, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tsp baking powder.
cook on griddle at 400.
