What a great meal to have on a cold winter evening! So tasty and so nutritious. This meal made me feel great!
Ingredients: Pecans, sage, rosemary, Gala apple, red onion, garlic, butter. Toss all of this together in a pan to lightly heat up. Open up a pork roast, add filling into it. Add maple butter to leftover filling. Make acorn squash slices by lightly coating with avocado oil, then baking.
