Beer Battered Fried Shrimp Tacos with Citrus Slaw

Thanks again to Jacques Pepin, I learned how to make beer batter. 3/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 egg yolk, 1 cup of high quality craft beer, organic chives.

Citrus Slaw: Shred purple cabbage, green cabbage, organic carrots, and organic broccoli, and cilantro. For the dressing: Fresh juice from a lime, fresh juice from a grapefruit, diced ginger, walnut oil, zest from an organic Cara Cara orange, very little mayonnaise, and sugar
