Wild Ramp Lemon Risotto with Bread-crumbed Filet of Lemon Sole

If you eat fresh, you will feel fresh! I know I say this about most meals that I post on here, but this meal made me feel grrrrrreat!! (thanks Tony). The all star ingredient of this meal? The wild ramps, which I picked myself when I went on a run through the woods! I also need to give credit to the following article for giving me this risotto idea. Ingredients: Wild ramps, extra virgin olive oil, Kate’s unsalted butter, arborio rice, pinot grigio, salt, pepper, organic vegetable broth, organic lemon, fresh filet of sole, good quality breadcrumbs mized with herbs, garlic powder, pepper, and a little salt.
