NY Strip Steak With Mushroom Risotto, Asparagus, and Fresh Hollandaise Sauce


Get ready for this mouthwatering description of this dinner I made. I could have finished a whole entire second plate if I had one.

Ingredients: Organic, grassfed NY Strip coated with salt and cracked peppercorns, cooked to medium rare on a skillet, fresh asparagus, hollandaise sauce made out of egg yolks, splash of white wine, water, Breakstones whipped butter, salt, fresh squeezed lemon juice, risotto made with organic vegetable broth, mushrooms, garlic, salt, water, arborio rice, extra virgin olive oil.
