I had too much food here to fit on one plate! Baby bok choy is one of my new favorite vegetables. This meal was ranks as one of the tastiest I have made yet. If you are looking for an energy bursting meal that is also very flavorful, this is it!!

Ingredients: Grilled chicken, baby bok choy, jasmine rice, soy sauce, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, a little vegetable oil, a little sesame oil, a little light brown sugar, salt, crushed red pepper, sesame seeds.
