This was my first time cooking with tumeric, and I am very pleased with the result! What a “feel-good” meal.
Ingredients: Chicken Thighs, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, ground tumeric, vegetable oil, Breakstones whipped butter, smoked paprika, ground cumin.
Side dishes: Olive oil, kale, salt, pepper, jasmine rice.
Once again, no-body beats my price and quality 🙂
