I attended a seminar where I learned all about rye grains, and the various things you can make with it. I was also given a bag of freshly milled ancient grain flour by the farmer who grew it! Thank you Wild Hive Farm for this bag of freshly stone milled flour. This batch came out good, but there is still room for improvement. Next time, I will add a little milk to the dough, use less mashed potato, and work the dough a little longer so the gnocchi are a bit firmer.
Ingredients for Gnocchi: 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of milled russet potatoes, 1 egg, nutmeg, and milk.
Ingredients for Delicata Squash: Brown sugar, sunflower oil, sage leaves, roasted garlic
