Ingredients: In bowl #1 mix: 1 cup of spelt flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 3 tsp pumpkin spice powder, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup malted milk powder. In bowl #2 mix: 1 egg, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of melted butter, 2 tbs canola oil, 1/2 cup milk, freshly ground anise pod and clove (1 of each), 2 tsp vanilla extract, 4 table spoons of sour cream.
