Focaccia!

Made from scratch!

Dough: 2 cups of water, approximately 3 teaspoons of Fresh yeast (block of Fleischmann’s), brown sugar. Warm this liquid mixture up in a pot. In a separate bowl, mix 4 cups of bread flour, and approximately 2 teaspoons of salt. Mix all together with some olive oil, then let rise overnight.

Herb topping: Cherry tomatoes, garlic, red onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, basil, rosemary, manchego cheese
