Similar to how sports cars need premium gas in order to perform optimally, our bodies are the same way when it comes to food. I believe we all have so much untapped energy within ourselves, but it takes a really nutritious meal to feel it. I started this food diary as a way to remember these kinds of meals, or just one that I felt proud to make. A good meal always leaves me feeling uplifted and teeming with energy. I believe this can happen with any home cooked meal that is made with good quality and fresh ingredients! If prepared right, even a cheeseburger with spinach and fries could be a healthy! Food is my fuel, and I am not afraid to try cooking anything.
